This automated production line is specially designed for the post-process stages of conventional transformers. It covers full-process automated operations including wire package tin soldering, magnetic core feeding, magnetic core center pillar dispensing, CCD glue volume inspection, magnetic core assembly & grinding, outer tape winding, semi-finished product testing & dispensing, CCD inspection, baking, cooling, robotic picking, baking tray reflow, laser marking, finished product testing, PIN pin shaping and dimension inspection.

Only manual feeding is required for wire packages; all other materials are automatically fed. The equipment supports automatic assembly, inspection and automatic rejection of defective products to deliver an efficient and precise production workflow.
