The machine adopts double-speed chain conveying for full-process rotor assembly.

Process Flow:

1. Rotor core feeding

4. Gluing for magnet installation
5. Magnet mounting
6. Protective sleeve gluing
7. Protective sleeve assembly
8. Protective sleeve removal
9. Adhesive curing
10. Laser marking
11. Magnetic ring press-fit
12. Press-fit height & runout inspection
13. Finished product packaging

1. Inspection after each process, one item one code. Processing data is bound with QR codes and uploaded to the MES system.
2. Imported servo press. Pressure and displacement are monitored during pressing, with real-time curve display.
3. Glue head and glue barrel with heating function; temperature can be automatically adjusted according to ambient conditions.
4. Fixtures inside tunnel curing oven with barcodes to realize full data traceability.
5. Contact displacement sensors are used to accurately measure assembly dimensions and upload data to MES.
6. All feeding stations adopt vision guidance & inspection to guarantee qualified materials and assembly precision.
