Equipment Overview

This automatic production line completes assembly and testing of BLDC motor stators and rotors. It covers PCB & lead wire soldering, stator tin dipping test, automatic soldering between stator and PCB, stator housing assembly, dispensing & spraying glue curing inspection, rotor magnetizing & cleaning, rotor-stator assembly, top cover fitting, ultrasonic welding, pull force test, labeling and aging running-in test.
