Equipment Overview
This is a highly automated, end-to-end production line specifically designed for backrest motor assembly, focusing on precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control. The production line integrates core processes such as winding, pressing, welding, testing, and assembly, ensuring stable motor performance and high reliability. It is suitable for the production and processing of automotive wiper motors, automotive column motors, and automotive seat backrest adjustment motors.
Application Technology
  • Winding Technology: Precision winding with double forks; wire clamps and scissors integrated on the Y and Z axes, rotating around the Z axis to achieve headless winding
  • Increased load during the aging process: To reduce the failure rate of aging and improve the yield rate of motor performance, the load is increased during the aging process.
  • Commutator Turning Technology: Commutator turning, forward and reverse turning of the commutator, ensuring a commutator roundness of 2.5µm, surface finish of RA0.4 µm, and diameter tolerance of ±0.005mm.
  • Resistance welding technology: The rotor spot welding machine uses imported welding power supplies to monitor the current during the welding process; the follow-up mechanism is equipped with pressure and displacement sensors to monitor pressure and displacement during the welding process.
