The XT-02D High Distribution Precision Dual Station Needle Winding Machine is designed for inverter brushless motor manufacturing. Utilizing double-station needle winding technology, this machine is primarily used for multi-pole stator winding applications.
Features include manual feeding, automatic clamping die, multiple taps (screen setting), wire clamping, and wire cutting during the winding process. Each action cycle wraps 2 stators simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
Operation is controlled through a user-friendly interface with PLC, display, and servo motor control for safe and reliable performance.
This automatic motor winding machine is particularly suitable for:

Designed for multi-pole BLDC motor stator winding with manual loading/unloading and automatic clamping, winding, and shearing.
Frame constructed with thickened aluminum profile and cast iron table plate to absorb vibration, ensuring minimal vibration at high winding speeds.
Tooling and fixture parts utilize downward positioning mode for stable and reliable tightening.
Compact wire clamping and cutting structure allows for simultaneous wire clamping and cutting operations.
Enables rapid adjustment of stator and winding parameters through HMI to adapt to different stator requirements.
PLC control with fault display and double station high-speed needle winding capability.
The stator remains stationary during winding. All needle movements are motorized and programmable, managed in direct drive mode (no cam system, no belts, no lead screw).
