This wheel hub motor stator winding machine is suitable for electric vehicles, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric balance vehicles, electric scooters, and new energy vehicles. The stator coil winder uses air cylinder, PLC, and touch screen control to achieve positioning, indexing, flying fork winding, motor cable winding, automatic front thread trimming, and other functions. It can store hundreds of parameters and switch arbitrarily.
This stator winding machine is designed specifically for the windings of brushless wheel hub motors used in self-balancing scooters. It utilizes the flying fork winding technology and is equipped with two stations, allowing for the simultaneous winding of 9 strands.
The brushless wheel hub motor is integrated into the drive wheel. This design offers several benefits, including a lighter weight for the self-balancing scooter and increased durability for the motor. As a result, the scooter becomes more compact and lightweight, reducing overall mass, minimizing energy transmission losses, and minimizing heat generated by the motor.
