Xingte Technology Chairman Honored with “Acoustics Building 20th Anniversary Industry Leader Award”

On October 25, with global attention focused on the audio industry, the 2025 International Audio Industry Summit & Acoustics Building 20th Anniversary Annual Conference opened at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

At this prestigious event, widely regarded as the “bellwether of the audio industry”, Mr. Deng Dejun, Chairman of Xingte Technology, was presented with the “Acoustics Building 20th Anniversary Industry Leader Award”, and was invited to attend the launch ceremony of the “Innovation Center for Acoustic Components, Acoustic Intelligent Equipment, Automotive Audio, and Cross-border E-commerce Audio Product Selection”. This recognition honors his leadership and technological vision, reflecting the strategic transformation of Chinese acoustic equipment enterprises from “followers” to “definers”.

The “Acoustics Building 20th Anniversary Industry Leader Award” was established to recognize key figures who excel in core audio technology breakthroughs, industrial ecosystem building and cross-disciplinary innovation, and who drive industrial development through outstanding leadership.

Mr. Deng’s award confirms his development path of “serving the nation through industry and building the enterprise on technology”. Under his strategic leadership, Xingte Technology has maintained R&D investment exceeding 10% of annual revenue, led the drafting and formulation of multiple industry standards, and established the industry’s first cross-disciplinary R&D team, integrating acoustic engineering, artificial intelligence and precision manufacturing.

“We are at a critical turning point from ‘manufacturing’ to ‘intelligent manufacturing’,” Mr. Deng remarked upon receiving the award. “Future competition is no longer about individual products, but about the competition of industrial ecosystems and innovation systems.”

The “Innovation Center for Acoustic Components, Acoustic Intelligent Equipment, Automotive Audio, and Cross-border E-commerce Audio Product Selection”, launched on the same day, will serve as a key fulcrum for cross-disciplinary integration in the acoustic industry. The center focuses on upgrading acoustic components, developing intelligent equipment, and innovating product selection for automotive audio and cross-border e-commerce, building a collaborative platform linking industry, academia, research and application.

Xingte Technology will participate as a core member. The company plans to invest key resources to break through core acoustic technologies, coordinate with partners in automotive electronics and cross-border e-commerce, explore new models that precisely match customized acoustic products with market demands, and help build a full-chain innovation ecosystem from technology to market.

Mr. Deng’s award and participation in the research institute construction signify his transformation from an outstanding entrepreneur into an “industrial architect”. This shift is reflected not only in his expanding personal influence, but also in Xingte Technology’s systematic contribution to industrial ecosystem building.

In recent years, under Chairman Deng’s strategic guidance, Xingte has demonstrated a broader vision in driving industrial progress. The company has made significant strides in the technological independence of core acoustic equipment, and has built open collaborative innovation platforms to provide technical support and solutions for upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain. This shift from single-product supply to technology enablement and ecosystem co-creation is gaining wide industry recognition.

“Mr. Deng has demonstrated not only an entrepreneur’s acumen, but also an industrial architect’s foresight,” commented Secretary-General Yang of the Acoustics Building. “What he promotes is not the technological progress of a single enterprise, but the upgrading and reconstruction of the entire industrial ecosystem.”

“The award is affirmation, but more importantly, it is a responsibility!” said Chairman Deng. “Xingte Technology will continue to uphold the development philosophy of ‘driving industrial progress through technology’, and work with all partners to contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the intelligent upgrading of the global audio industry.”

Looking ahead, Xingte Technology has formulated a clear strategic roadmap: at the technology level, it will focus on breakthroughs in acoustic AI algorithms, precision sensing and control technologies; at the industrial level, it will promote the formation of a distinctive industrial cluster through the innovation research center; and in globalization, it will accelerate its presence in Southeast Asian and European markets to bring Chinese intelligent acoustic equipment standards to the world.
