Specific process instructions
1. The loading and unloading mechanism takes the stator from the conveyor and places it on the turntable tooling
2. The turntable rotates to send the stator to the terminal crimping station.
3. The terminal crimping mechanism presses and installs terminals, one at a time, and automatically rotates until the terminal installation of 3 stators is completed.
4. The turntable rotates to send the stator to the stator testing station for stator performance testing.
5. The turntable rotates to send the stator to the defective product detection station. If the product is defective, it will be automatically picked up and placed on the storage line.
6. The turntable rotates to return the OK stator to the loading position, and the transportation mechanism grabs the stator and returns it to the coil body.
